We’ve partnered with GO RUCK to offer you a free monthly ruck and community potluck at Vancity OCR. The great thing about this event is that everybody can join in and get a workout at their level (if you are fitter, just put more weight in your pack – or carry nothing at all.)
Mostly this will be a weighted 3-4 mile walk but we’ll throw in some PT (push-ups, sit-ups, squats, etc.) to keep it fun and challenging.
