MOM AND BABY FITNESS
Join coach Katie every Monday and Wednesday for a workout session that will leave you feeling fit and ready to tackle motherhood with ferocity. Exercises are designed to include your little one (or have them play along side you while you get your sweat on).
This class was created to support preKs in the development of the fundamentals of literacy – while having a whole lot of fun, in a toddler specific ninja room. Children climb, crawl and balance their way through different ninja courses and activities every session.
To boot, each week has a new theme… leading children through a whole new movement adventure (and new movement challenges) every time they come.
Moms and dads are invited to use the gym and do the “workout of the day” at no cost while their little one is in Pups class.
Please sign up for classes online by 8pm the night before. Classes will be cancelled if there is no one signed up.
