Spartan Group Exercise (SGX)
Spartan SGX is Spartan’s official training program. The training system emphasizes foundational movements. Spartan training can benefit everyone, even if they are not training for a Spartan Race. Spartan SGX builds balanced, multi-faceted athletes who excel in all-over athleticism, strength and endurance.
Metabolic Conditioning workouts, or MetCons for short, are fast paced, high intensity workouts completed in a short period of time that will challenge your cardiovascular capacity, give you a full-body workout, put your metabolism into overdrive and scorch fat.
Bring your own team or we’ll pair you up at the class. This class is built on team challenges and camaraderie. Perfect for those doing Tough Mudder or the Spartan Open.
